top speed

Depends if they have the same gearing. I can only go by my speedo, as I don't have a GPS.....yet, but I'm getting about 55 mph out of it. I have 27" bearclaws aired to 3 psi. Guess you can draw your own conclusions. In any case, it's fast enough for me.

I got about 47-48 out of my 04 400 on the GPS. I had just over 100 miles on it then. Now I've got over 600 but I haven't had a chance to see if the speed has increased now that it's pretty well broken in. Speedo shows well over 50. That's called "Feel Good" speed

58 mph according to the analog speedo that came with the bike. The tires were stock size and I was on a gravel road. I have not verified this speed with a GPS but it will most likely be slower. Also the engine was really a screaming at that speed with my 280lb carcass on it. Appeoximately 1300 miles on the machine.
