Anybody hear of the tranny for the Y2K Auto-Cat being recalled? Someone mentioned it to me Sunday so I thought I'd ask around.

I talked to both of the local Arctic Cat dealers. Neither of them has heard a thing about a recall on the Autocats. They both did say that there was a notice that came out for the early production run autos' though. It had to do with the seal on the bearing in the transmission cover. The first runs seals weren't quite sealing around the shaft so they made a change to the seal diameter. The dealers said that occured last Oct-Nov time frame, but there has been nothing since that they know of.
