Default 05' 500 Auto vs 04' 650

All,

Looking to buy another A/C. Can't decide between a 05' 500 Auto or a 04' 650 Auto, pretty much the same price range.

Those who own these machines, feedback please.....

I owned an 04 500, which was totalled. So, was also faced with the same decision as you.. an 05 500 or 04 650. I felt for the money, the 650 was the better buy. So far, I really do like the 650. Not only does it have far more power than my old 500, it sounds better.

Love my 650, I could never go back to a 500 cc machine.

I have read a lot about belt problems with the 650, have any with yours.

I haft to say, the power and the smoothier engine is swaying me towards the 04 650 vs. 05' 500.

Also, I feel more vibration when I drive the 05 500....mostly coming up from the new foot pieces

Plus, i'm not please with the new body style.
