Default shock maintenance

what kind of maintenance do you guys do to your shocks and a-arm bushings or any part of the suspension system. i use a silicon based lubricant on everything. wondering if its enough or just plain wrong.

Frndinalowplace; According to AC's literature the suspension is maintenance free, which means to me you don't need to do anything. In this day and age most bushings are silicone impregnated anyway. I leave mine alone unless there is noise from them. Then replacement rather then lube.
