I have an 03 300 with just about 400 miles on it and I see what looks like oil leaking out of (what I believe) is the head gasket. Questions are as follows:

1) Has anyone else seen this?
2) Is this a common thing. (I guess I will find out with the reply's)
3) What could cause this?--Too much oil?
4) Has anyone ever changed it if so how difficult? (scale 1-5 5 being the most difficult bring it to the dealer and get raked over the coals in labor)

my 250 did the same thing i tore it down and put some make a gasket on there (blue junk) put it on a little thicker around the bottom edges. this fixed the problem. i think it was riding in all the cold water
