I drive an A-C 500i and it has a rather hot exhaust on my left leg. Wonder if anyone else has the problem and/or if there are any suggested fixes. Open up some flow-through ports in the front splash panels? pipe insulating? OR?

If you check your owners manual your left leg has a part number and its called a carbon based heat sink. Seems like AC never RODE one of these before they started to sell them.

I have the same issue with our TRV's.

After only 3 beers tonight that was a witty remark!!! However, I have the same experience with my TRV. Let us know if you find a fix, other than a welding glove wrapped around the leg!
