$500 for the Warn 2.5K Fairleed roller included.

So the answer is YES the winch cosats $500 or more from AC unless you buy new and get the special pricing below.

You can get the same Warn winch on the after market for about $325/$400 plus $35 for the roller. You may still have to get the mounting kit from AC though.
