Front end alginment.....Neg or Pos toe?
Toe in and out measurements are always taken with the vehicle weight on the suspension and the measurements are normally take from the insides of the wheels not the off the tires. Tires vary to much depending on construction and air pressure. Of course your wheels need to be straight, bent wheels will change things.
