dealer ordered H1!!!

I think everyone will be surprised at what AC will achieve with the H1 engine. I'm looking forward to the ride reports to knock the nay-sayers down a few notches. :-) I hope Highlifter can get their grubby hands on one to dyno it. I'd love to compare it to the Vtwin they already tested!

not only having more torque b/c its a single, but its also 641cc's opposed to 633. i know that doesnt sound like alot, but just think of it this way, one massvie cylinder displacing more than a twin. what suzuki models does the ac's duramatic originate from. y cant they continue to use the proven reliable original duramatic rather than going with the kq's new model?

The KQ is just an updated duramatic....many parts the same as the before, and same tranny as the quadmaster. The "new" version is supposed to have more internal clutches and a wider belt for better cooling...Don't know for sure what they used on H1 , but it too is supposed to have wider belt and better cooling? It could be a different tranny, but AC released in the article that it had no new patents...which means they are using someone elses design? So hard to say, guess we will see....
