I have never drowned my cat yet, but this is what I would do, drain all fluild (engine and diffs) better safe than sorry, drain gas out of tank and carbs, probably take floatbowl off the carbs and clean, there is also a little screen inside your tank attached to the on off dial for the fuel, I would check to make sure there is no crap in there, pull plugs and turn engine over to push all the water out of cylinders, tip up on end to drain any water out of exhaust system, then put fresh fuel in dry off plugs or replace, check airbox also for water, put some methyl hydrate in the tank also, put fuel in and start er up, probably run like crap till all the water is goneI would think.

depending on the severity of how you drowned it out you may have to change oil 3 or 4 times to get all the water out cause if there is any left in there you could pit your crank bearings and then be in a world of hurt later on. sometimes it is really hard to pull all the water out of the motor compartment so what i did last summer was put kerosean down there and start it up put it in forward then reverse not touching the throttle just to let the tranny move and don't let it run for any longer then 20-30 seconds shut it off and drain it and the kerosean will pull all the water out. and don't even mess with the plugs just replace them. and everything else was already said once you do it once it is pretty easy to do it again.
