I was in the vietnam conflict.although the vietnam vets got a bum deal, people spiting on, calling us baby killers ect, we were only doing what we were ordered to do.no one wanted to be there, but i am proud of my military service.please tell Alex that all the vietnam vets are proud of all the brave men & women that are serving in Iraq & he can be very proud of doing a job that most people only read about.

God bless you ALEX

I'm proud of our Vietnam Vets, and agree that they got a bum deal. The left doesn't want anyone to really know what happened over in Southeast Asia after we left. Millions killed in the vacuum left behind. It was Southeast Asia's holocaust after the US pulled out. No one seems to want to write about it in the history books because it is politically incorrect.

Thanks to all of our veterans from all of the wars. Thanks to those on the front lines of the war on terror. You are appreciated. My prayers to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Thank you everyone. I have been away on a hunting trip for the last three weeks and just got home. My son Alex called last night, he will be out of Iraq in about 9 days and home around the first week of Dec. Alex and his unit has seen a lot of action in the last 6 months of there year in Iraq, it will be good to have him home.

Thanks for the pics. Two guys from our church just got back a couple of weeks ago after a year and half over there. From what they say we are making a difference. I salute all those who serve our country. Alex coming home should make a great Christmas for your family.
