Will an 25x11x12 tire fit on an 25x10x12 rim ????

Yes. What matters is the diameter of the rim. The last number is the rim diameter, in your case 12, for a 12" diameter. The first number is the outside diameter or 25' tall tire and the second number is the width of the tire.
