Default A-arm frame brace

read about the 06 having a brace on the upper A-arm back mount so wondering mind and idle hands atrike again.....removed upper mount bolt and lower shock bolt out of A-arm on both sides, used a piece of alum. flashing (easy to mark and bend for pattern) made outline of back support plus left a tab on top facing other side about 3/4 inch. cut pieces out of 1/8 plate steel. used a length of 11/2"angle 3/16 thick and 63/4" long between frame over top of final drive housing. the tabs overlaped the angle iron the 3/4" and welded plates to angle iron. marked and drilled holes for bolt that holds A-arm and used the hole between frame and A-arm bolt. used 3/8x11/4" grade 8 bolts and lock nuts. don't think arm mounts stand a chance to move if they do then they diserve too.!.!.!
