Any idea how far Spider is from Grand Forks, that's where I'm from and i don't know where this Spider is located. It'd be fun to check out sometime though.

My buddy is coming with me again, the same one that came last time and climbed that rock hill. Hes a little nuts sometimes. He lost his Polaris, went through a bad divorce. He's going to borrow a wheeler from one of his brothers. We will be up there Friday afternoon, or early Saturday morning. Deanz, are you planning on going for the gravel pit camp site again?

hey everyone just chiming back in to see how you are all doing. well i couldn't wait to tell someone well anyone who might actually care, ok so i know you guys probably won't but it would be nice if you pretended too. well last night i bought a 1967 toyota land cruiser. mechanically it is really good 4wd works great i need to do some carb work new master cylinder for the brakes and it has a straight 6 chevy motor in it ( kinda kicking around the idea of throwing in a 350) it has the 3 on the tree tranny. i am thinking of putting 33 inch super swamper tsl's under it i am gonna throw a warn winch on it and there is plywood screwed to the sides in the back and top so i am gonna take that off and probably bring it to a place that custom makes boat tops and have them make me a top. then i gotta throw a cd player in it and well basically that will be about it. oh and it is the most putrid ugly green color you could ever imagine i love it and to top it all off i got it for 350 dollars. well it was either this or buy a prowler for almost 10,000

It would have been cheaper in the long run to buy the Prowler...

i'm sorry dee not all of us can afford the finer things in life like african safarri's and to live in the O.C. like you. and after all the upgrades and fixes i will have something tougher then a prowler and i will still have less then 3000 into it.
