Default Tony Stewart addition V2.

My cousin just bought a new suzuki KQ700, so his wife decided she wanted a new ATV of her own too. So she bought a new Tony Stewart V2. My question for my cousin is, are there any known probs with the bike that he could take care of now. We both arent too familiar with the AC's, even though ive thought recently of buying one myself. I know it has Kawis 650 vtwin and trans, so we know the probs related to that set up, not really any,but kawis are known for more maintainance to the trannies, So good info on what he should look for or "fix" or replace now would be great, thanks.!

I have owned two V-2's now, (04-05) and I've never had the clutch cover off of either one of them. I have stayed with 26" tires because 80% of my riding is rough, narrow and winding trials. If she is not going to be doing any heavy mud bogging or have the need for "Monster Mudders", there will be nothing but basic maintainance.

the only problem you should run into is that it says tony stewart on it. cool color though

I have had my 06 V2 for 3 months, and have 560 miles on it already! No probs, switched all diff oil to synthetic, and changed the oil twice in it so far to synthetic, and have zero complaints. Its a great quad!

Yeh, she got it only because she liked the color, I dont think she even rode it first. Anyway, she may be in the market to sell it already. They went riding with a bunch of friends this weekend for about 4-5 hours, and my cousin called me pissed off because now she says she doesnt like it! (She actually asked if ide like to trade and take up notes) $8400 later, ha! She said she didnt like it cause it rode too rough, was tippsy feeling, almost turned over on a hill, and it kept over heating, it poped the fan fuse when she got in some water, and boiled over! And she said it scared her cause it had alot of power mixed with the tippsy feeling. My cousin ended up letting her ride his KQ and he rode the AC for about the last hour. Man, thats a fine time to decide you dont like something. And thats what my cousin gets for letting her go out and buy a quad on her own. I think she would have been better off with the 500 or 400. I may be in the market now to buy a "slighlty" used V2!

The only problem I can see with that particular V2 is that they paid $1200.00 to much for it.
