Is there a trick to removing the passneger side front cv on a 97 454 4x4? I have tried prybars and such
with no luck. On all the car axles I have took out a pry bar behind the inner joint will break the snap
ring loose. Does this cv have a snap ring or is something else holding it in? thanks

 

It will pull out of the differential. Some of them are hard to remove, A/C has a puller that fits a slide hammer that looks like a horseshoe that fits behind cv joint but I never have bought one or built one. Always got them out without a puller.
