well my cuzins dvx is acting up u have to let the clutch out almost all the way so it can go and it steers rele hard to the left and wen u turn rite it cuts out and it all started happening wen he put higher rised handlebars on mooseracing ones so wut do u think could be rong with it ?

 

You might want to check the wire where it connects to the back of the key switch, there might be a wire getting tangled up that gets pulled loose every time you turn the bars to the right. If it is wrapped up bad enough, it could make it real hard to turn the bars to the left. Did he adjust the clutch at the thumb screw at the lever?
