I'd like to thank everyone who has taken the time to respond to my question. After many test rides and (what I believe to be) careful consideration as to what my needs are in an ATV....I chose the Polaris Explorer 400. The AC 400 4x4 is no doubt an excellent machine. I dont think that there is a perfect machine, there are compromises no matter which one you choose.
