lemon law?
Is anyone aware of a lemon law in Canada, and if so what are some of the details? My dealer has had my 06 v2 for longer that I have and I am not very happy with that!! First off the timing chain was streached to hell, so got that fixed now it sputters at idle and low rpms it clears up once you get to about 20-30 mph, then reappears when rpms fall back down, their mechanic swears up and down that there is carbon deposits on the exhaust valves ( it has under 400 miles). So I am just wondering where I sit if I get it back and something else goes wrng with it. Thanks for the help.

lemon law?
My dealer is real close, but I just got it back after they had it a monthn they fixed the chain, and had to regrind the valves, they had carbon deposits on htem. Also had to adjust the floats they were out af spec. When I brought it to them I told them it was burning oil, and the mechanic said it was because the timing chain threw everything out of wack, so that was why. Well I went for a ride on sunday, it ran awesome, but smoked bad all day, at the beginning of the day the oil was full, and at the end of the day it wasnt even on the dipstick!!! About 30-40 miles or so. Now there is no possible way that is right. Oh yea when it runs, I love the machine, a ton of power, and I have yet to be shown up by another bike.
