The engine braking just stopped working. Everything else is fine. No noises. Where should I start looking or testing?

 

check connections and so on. YOu just might have a bad actuator. If i were you, i would take the cover off and take the engine break fork out. Many do that and it is better. You still have eb but you have to just give it a slight bit of throtle.
