Default 2005 AC 650 V2 - question about cluth problem

Hello every one,

last knight, I wanted to have a ride with my ATV before to get inside of my home. So, when I started my ATV at the neutral position, it has been very hard to engage the clutch at the Low position. Once I got that position, my ATV began to move a bit so I had to put the brakes in order to stop it. Then I tried to get back at the neutral position but it has been very hard. Every position are now very difficult to engage... I 've been able to leave for my ride despite this problem. My ATV is working normaly despite this clutch problem, I've been able to ride at more than 40 MPH as normally...

Does some of you ever had that problem ? What do you think the problem is ?

Idle is to high, or belt is to tight, would be my guesses

deffinately the idle. when you start it make sure you just let it idle and warm up for a little bit then the idle should go down. then take it out and put say ohhhh maybe a mile or so on it and then stop and leave it in low range. you will be able to tell at this time if the idling is to high and you can make proper adjustments to it as it is at it's normal operating temp.

I think you're right !!

Last night, I've adjusted the idle RPM at a lower position. It tooks a few minutes and then the situation became normal...

I'm sure that this was the problem

Thanks for your help !
