My friend has an 05 AC 500 LE auto. He carries a passenger and her left leg gets toasted every time they ride.

Is there a heat shield on the TRV that might eliminate this problem or is there another solution?

 

you can order the 2007 heatshield for like 20$ including the hardware and it will fit most suzuki engines and can be custom fit to the kawi engine. also fits arctic cat H1 engine. so it should fit trv no problem.

 

thanks ACpower, my friends is a regular ATV, not the TVR. I was just thinking there must be a shield on the TRV to protect the passenger from the heat. What is the H1 engine?
