Default Now that's Tough

I just heard from a friend of mine that his truck slid off the highway with his 2004 AC 400 manual and a Honda 400 ?? on his trailer. The trailer hitch broke and slammed into the back of the truck. Which caused both machines to break their straps and hit his tail gate, flipping them over into the back of the cab of the truck and on over the hood.

I guess they watched both machines tumble and roll a few times in front of them down the ditch. After the dust settled they got out and began to inspect the damage. From what he told me the both machines were pretty tore up.

The tough part was he turned the key on the Cat and after pulling the pull rope it started! IT was not driveable due to the damage tothe tires, rims and axles but it started! They did not attempt to start the Honda as is had oil running out of a crack onthe side of the engine someplace.

Good news was nobody was hurt, bad news his ride is toast. More bad news, his insurance will cover damage to the truck but he did not have insurance to cover the Atv's! I may buy the AC from him for parts if he chooses to not repair it.

I just thought it was pretty impressive to start after all that and wanted to share it with you all.

Thats what you get when you buy an ATV that can be dropped off a cliff, or used as a wrecking ball, and drive off into the sunset afterwards!
