deanz400 you might go back and look at the specs again you state that you are already towing heavier than yor machine. The dry weight on this is 823lbs add 5.5gals. of deisel a gallon of oil another gallon of anti freeze throw in the battry and unless you are a 3 yr old wieghing in at 25lbs you aren't going to be under 1050lbs. Not trying to be a jerk I'm not calling you a 3yr old just used that as an exaample cause I gots one. My AC700 full of fuel and oil with me (220lbs) on it is around 1030lbs. I know it will pull more than they say, but if you break it and any proof can be shown that you were pulling more than specs bye bye warrenty

Hi guys over here in the uk with gasoline at $9 A GALLON we have been testing the arctic cat which is sold over here as a massey ferguson .We currently run a honda500 FA foreman hydrostatic so were keen to test the diesel atv.
Firstly it looks fairly robust and fairly basic so less to go wrong. It is quite a bit noisier than any petrol atv but you cant have everything.
it is fairly quick for a diesel but quite a bit slower than the honda, i used to race atv's so gave it a good beasting over the 3 days we had it and it did well.
it will do 57mph so take no notice of the paper figures and it pulls our tandem axle trailer full of barley around quite easily which when full is over 1500kg's or 1 1/2 ton although we dont pull up big hills it did seem to have more pulling power than the honda.
overall i was quite impressed but the price tag of $15,000 is way to steep as the honda500fa is around $10,000 so no fuel savings for 3 years
i'd be interested to know of the price for you guys over there.

its reasonable of the start but you have to ride it hard to get along quick i eas of before a corner then just going into it i'll nail it so with the delay you get you can exit fairly sharply.
i'd be really grateful if one of you guys could get me a real price of what youd pay over there for one as i can only find the Manufactures reatail price.
i going to try and post 2 pics one is our existing honda with the big trailer on the back and one of the demo diesel
