Front wheel Aligment
Hello Everyone,
I have a 04 650 v twin....I had to replace the tie rod on the right side because it got bent. Now that I have put the new one on, it's pulling to the right. Can someone tell me the easyest way to aline the front end.
Thanks for your help!

Front wheel Aligment
The quickest and easiest way I have seen is to put a tie down strap on each hand grip and hook to the rear rack. Then stand behind and adjust the straps until the handle bars are pointed as straight as you can get them. Then stand behind your quad about 15' and see how the left rear tire lines up with the front. If the left looks straight, check the right and I'll bet it is pointing to the right. If it is out, adjust the tie rod end until the front lines up with the rear wheel. Double check both sides while you have the bars strapped and then ride it. You may have to fine tune it after that by coasting to a stop with the handle bars as straight as you can, then stand behind and see how they line up. Works for me every time.
