iI am looking to buy some good aggressive tires like the outlaws or mudzillas. Something of that nature and i thought i would see if anyone had some advice as to where would be a good place to buy them? Someplace that offers good prices and good service. Thanks

most aggresive tire i have owned is the 589s. great for mud and good on trails, but i recently purchased th swamplites. ti me and for all the conditions we ride. the swamplites suit me better.

I ride alot of muddy areas so I went 2 in. taller and wider. I dont race so speed is not a factor but was looking for a good 6 ply tire. Ended up with swampwitch tires and are very similar to swamp lights. Cost about 270.00 for the 27's but a friend just got 25" for his a/c 400 for about 230.00 . can find out for sure if you can tell me what size your looking for.. you can see mine on the pics if you want. Mike

with my 2002 ac 500 i now have 14 inches of ground clearence with 28" swamplites. my 589s said they were 27s but measured 26. the swamplites say 28 and are 28s. i dont have a lift kit and the tires clear the fenders by about 4 inches.

Titan 589s, or ITP 589s, same basic things just the the titans have little groves in the tread and a little more aggressive qualities, a few more ripples and things but the lugs are the same hight made of the same stuff, with the same pattern, I have titan 589s and they ware like iron and I get through more with my 454 2x4 than any other 4x4 that I have come across with these tires, its an 1" and a quarter lug tire

hey tancat500 , swamplites work in all the conditions we ride. big rock, mud, trail, havent had them in sand but would imagine they would do fine. of course this tire is not just a true tire for one particular riding so it may lack in certain areas than others. i thought it did well in mud concidering i went through the same mud holes as i did with the 589s. in some cases i think it did a little better. the 589s seemed to have dug a hole more than the swamplites, where as they seem to dig a sec. then grab and go. big horns would probably do better on rocks but couldnt complain with the swamplites. i dont have locker on my bike so i had to be a little more aggresive but still made it with the others. trail riding is definatly smoother now than when i had the 589s on there. with the swamplites the bigger the tire, the bigger the lug. ive got he 28s and they have 1.5" lugs. hope all this helps. oh and they are wearing real well. not showing much wear at all with 500 miles on them.
