2000 300 4x4 Wheel Bearing?
You will need to replace the right rear bearing as well. You might try removing it and look at the numbers. It more than likely has a number like ATV-##. Not sure if the bearings are the same as the ones I just put in my machine. I tried going to a bearing shop and after about 1 hour of looking at bearings we tried one for $14 but it was 2mm to long and I could not get the little retaining ring back into its slot.
I ended up getting 4 sets of bearings (both sides front and rear) from AllBallsRacing. They were a little cheaper than my local dealer, $32 each there, but the ones from my dealer were not a sealed bearing AND then I needed to buy new seals at $4 a pop (times 8). The Allballsracing bearing kit comes with all the seals and is a sealed bearing. I paid $19.99 each set for them and figured I would try them out. I have read a lot about them, mostly good. Look at thier website Allballsracing.com and you should be able to find them.
I spoke to one of their sales reps on the phone prior to buying them from a local dealer. Their customer service is impressive as they called me back a few days later to ask how the installation went and to see if they could be of further assistance.
Hope that helps.

If it is the same as the 400 you wont be able to get it at a parts store, and you might as well all 4 wheels because the others wont be far behind. A/C bearings are only good for about 2000 miles and thats it. You would be better off doing what Swampyjuinor said.

Thanks Guys.... I did replace the bad bearing as the dealer only had 1 kit in stock... I know the part number now so eBay here I come... ALSO.... haha.. This will sound stupid as hell but of course I didn't get an operators manual with the Wheeler and it didn't run too well....... I pulled the carb and made sure all of the jets were free flowing as It idled up and got real boggy...... The moral of this story is that I now know which position is FULL choke and which is NO choke. There were no markings on the fenders as there were for all of the other bells and whistles and the guy I got it from ran it FULL choke telling me it did not work.... Not sure who the dummy is here!! haha Now she runs really good no bogging..... On to the next little annoyance.. BRAKES!!! THanks for the info on the 650 too...... Where was your crack?

Maybe you should say cracks, all 4 main tubes where cracked completly thruogh, on the left, right behind shifter pivoton upper . lower, behind the contoll arm. right side upper in front of seat . lower, bihind foot brake pivot. front upper part of shock tower. and the sheet metal where the front of seat hooks under. Go to arcticchat forum and look at the 6 pages of people with problems.

After paying $2300 for a new frame I would say motrapperjohn's crack feels a little violated!
On a side not I got a whole lot more than 2000 miles out of the original bearings. About 15000 miles to be exact. I cleaned and repacked them once a year and I think that helped. Just replaced them with sealed bearings from Allballsracing.

2000 300 4x4 Wheel Bearing?
15000?!?!?! Holy S**t.... Do you own a car Swampy? Haha The bearing I just put on is a sealed bearing and looks to be of pretty good quality... Moose Racing Bearing... Surprisingly the job went very smooth... Its looking like anyone who is half assed mechanically inclined can work on these things. I got my brakes bled... Found that my rear caliper bleeder was of course stripped.... After some thinking and some dinking around with it.. I retapped the bleed hole to a 1/4 20 and put a flat head screw in it.... Kind of a quick fix but It got my brakes working till I get my hands on a new caliper. I tore the Carb down and after I figured out the choke thing... My little 300 will actually pull a bit of a wheelie if you put your weight in the right place.... I am having a bit of an issue with my clutch adjustment though.... 2nd gear takes a bit to grab.... I popped the adjustment cover off and loosened the jam nut.... tightened the screw "Clockwise" till it got tight then back 1/8 of a turn... Didnt do squat.... Any other Ideas?

Yes I do own a car, cut when you live in the Alaska bush the ATV (or snow machine) becomes your car. Besides an ATV is a whole lot cheaper than a car and can get better mileage. I figure my machine is 5 years old so 3000miles a year is on the high end of average. I am hoping to get 20-25k onthe machine and then use it for an AC commercial like they used to do with toyota. A local dealer actually has a picture of my cat and the speedo on his wall as he is just amazed. All I can say is aggressive maintenance is key. Its so easy a cave man can probably do it. (I resemble that one)
You may need to do to clutch adjustment a couple of times if it has not been done before. Also 2nd and 3rd gear are the two that get used the most. So gears could be worn slightly if it has lots of hours or miles on it.
