I too had to rebuild the top end at about 4000miles due to me getting water in the oild and driving the machine in the winter. Seems the water froze in the oil coolers fins, blocked oil flow to the pump and I lost oil flow to the top end and my cam seized. It was my fault and the machine has performed flawlessly since that.

I have not put as many miles on it as usual lately as I have been having some health issues with my heart and my wife has taken the keys away. Seems she wants to make sure if I have any more emergency room trips that it is better I am closer to home so she is restricting my use of the ATV. But, it will be snowing soon so I will be able to play while I plow!

Swampyjunior sorry to hear about the hart problems, don't wish that on anyone.

Well this is what I found out on the bearing thing. The number on the AC bearing is ATV BB-2 it cross referenced to DAC 30550030/25. Both are made in China by the same company, the Allballs Racing ones are the same one, they use the DAC number as it is the manufactures. The bearings come 4 ways 3 of them have seals and one is bare. Allballs told me that the ones they sell will still let water in if you are pressure washing the mud off. Hell for that matter he said they will leak if your plating in the mud a lot

Still have the clicking sound, looks like I'll be replacing a outer CV joint
