Why did they charge you for the kit and then again for the oil. The kit normally comes with the oil. Otherwise they are charging 30 bucks for a filter. Maybe Arctic cat has a different system but it sounds to me that they charged you twice. Am I wrong?

 

didnt notice that. sounds like they did popo. yep,sounds like they overcharged by $17.98. The kit should include your oil and filter. Infact, it comes with 1 gallon of oil and the oil filter at my dealer.(i use the sythetic) which means they should have given you back some oil that wasnt used for the oil change. If you bought a kit,the kit comes with more oil than you need and could be used on your next oil change. i guess they took it from you to use for them selves. i wouldnt use them anymore and go back and get your money for the extra oil you bought but didnt need. infact,ask for the little bit they didnt use from the kit so you can use it next time.
