Default 2004 AC 300 2/4x4 Manual Transmission "clacking" in high and super low

When driving in high range and super low range there is a loud "clacking" sound coming from the drive train. Happens fwd and reverse. The sound nearly disappears when in mid range. All new fluids and filters. Any thoughts?

BTW, the sound is very rythmic when moving forward or backward. It is loud and doesn't sound like it is CV joints.

It is coming from the rear and happens in 2 and 4 wheel drive and only in the high and super low ranges.
