Having trouble shifting out of N, R, H, L on 2007 Arctic Cat 400 Auto. Fine when machine first starts but when warm shifter locks up.

Got into trans but cannot remove nut from driven face pulley and have broken 3 studs on face trying. Any advice on either issue?

 

Your shifter locking up issue could be due to having the idle a bit too high!! And that nut on the secondary is a 30mm I believe and it can take a pretty serious impact to get it off as well!!
