Default 2008 cat 400 steering issues

Just got a 2008 cat 400 4x4 it has 27'' swamplites on it, steering way to sensitive ,will pull you in rough areas or ruts, will take the handle bars out of your hands if not very carful.shocks are set on soft setting, tires at 4 lbs was up at 10 i lowered pressure thinking this might help. Dosent look like toe in/out is an issue tires straight with bars straight. ANY HELP??
