Looks easy. I checked a procedure from the 2003 manual. It still looks the same in my 2007 manual so it should be good for yours. There are a variety of manuals at
"K&T Parts House Lawn Mower Parts and Chain Saw & Trimmer Parts"
for free download but no 2004. You can get a 2003 or 2005 which should work for you.
If you look in the 2003 manual, download section 2. It's in there. If you can't get it, let me know and I will scan the page and post it.
