I have a 2004 AC 250. Bike will start and run fine when cold, after it warms up, it will die when giving gas. Carb is good, my stator or magneto is showing .9-1.1 ohm on the 3 yellow wires, spec should be .66 the trigger coil ohm are within spec. Quick question, will a bad stator cause running issues?

 

In more cases yes stator-wire-ignition coil once warm no spark depending on the issue

 

Thanks, I could understand no spark at all when warm. But it will idle all day long even when warm. It only dies as if are giving it gas at after warming up.

 

Did you try a new spark plug
