Default Been a while! New 2010 700LE

Sold the V2, Got a crate opened on a 2010 LE 700, they are replacing the silly new racks with the previous racks, installing hanguards, plow kit, cargo box, gun scabbard kit. Nice to be back on the boards. I have no exp with the 700 EFI, so any upgrades for power appriciated. I already ordered my Swamplites and wheels

I'd get a clutch kit, just to make it a better match up with the new tires.

You might also free up a few more horses with a better air filter and an aftermarket exhaust (I recommend UNI filters and HMF Utility exhausts...with the quiet core) but that's up to you and your bank account.

I would think the 700EFI will have plenty of grunt, but then again you can always use more power.

i agree with hefty, go on youtube and check it out. it is suprising how some clutch work can make the 700 nuts. and good to have you back buddy and like i said in the minnesota forum get hand warmers, they are cheap and i used them all the time.

OK, Well...........After research, apparently the 2011 have beffed the axles up a little, so before they started adding everything to my 2010, I switched to a Viper Blue 2011LTD with PS, and all the stuff I ordered before. Its 800 dollars more, but F-it. lol

if you do try Adam at airdam,he may be a while to get through to. He was in an atv accident last month. He should be ok,but was injured pretty badly. I have had him do my clutch work and is by far the better way to go. Just tell him what you want. Im stock with 28s so he did a stage 1 and 2. He also sent new weight rollers and clutch shoes as i ruined my wet clutch by using the wrong oil with seafoam,NOT GOOD! i swamped it so i used the seafoam to help with moisture and only ran it for 20 minutes but that was long enough. Best to use diesel fuel if it ever happens. Hes working on a new clutch setup as well that looked to beat a stock thundercat on a 700. Its called a wet clutch delete, which will get rid of the wet clutch that cat uses. In his test,it ran 81mph tops and 0-61mph in 300 feet.
