Make sure you didnt bump the kill switch, they work 2 different ways. on some quads, it will crank all day long and not fire, on others, the starter wont even turn. lots of us have had a "no start' problem that turned out to be a kill switch, then we sheepishly flick it on and drive away.....hoping nobody saw.

I don't think the starter is bad, I think I have a bad connection somewhere, possible the main red wire with a clip on the end (the main wire that goes to the starter), it has copper showing by the clip on the end, and if I wiggle it just right the starter works.
Next, I took the carb apart, cleaned it - put it back together and now when the gas is on it leaks out the bottom, almost like that screw isn't even there. I will try to look at that again tomorrow, what could cause that? Thanks

Kill Switch
I forgot to answer your initial question, I checked the kill switch, and its in the middle. I finally got it turning over - I have to wiggle the wire on the starter, because it has a short in it and doesn't make a good connection to the starter. I have got it to start, and but I don't think I have the screws right. Are there 2 screws (air and fuel) that need to be adjusted or the one that I think is the air - does it need to just be all the way in. I got the fuel one at approx. 2 1/2 turns but when I take the choke off it either dies or if I push the gas it revs up. What should I try first? I did have something black in the hole under the float, I cleaned out! Thanks
