dvx 400 won't hold charge

Default dvx 400 won't hold charge

My buddy's arctic cat dvx 400 won't hold a charge he replaced the battery and same problem we charge it and go out on it for a wile in till he stalls it and the battery is drained. Thoughts ?

Moved this over to the AC section.

Simple things first. You check to make sure the cables are good too? Ground cable especially.

The previous owner of mine, said to always run with the lights on and the charging system would work, I thought he was kidding but it did work. even though it makes no sense.
