Default Arctic Cat 300 4x4 Dying

I have a 1998 Arctic Cat 300 4x4 and I am having the most bizarre issue with it. I use this four wheeler to plow my driveway and the other day it kept dying on me while plowing. Initially it was only dying in reverse but eventually did it in gear as well. After this happened a few times I noticed that when it stalls the neutral light is no longer illuminated but it is definitely in neutral. If I get off and move it forward a few feet the neutral light will illuminate again and it will start but as soon as I put it in reverse and back up a few feet it dies again. What I also noticed is that when it dies and the neutral light isn't illuminated I have no power to anything. I am at an absolute loss as to what is causing this problem and would appreciate any feedback you may have to help me out.

I think you have 2 issues happening here. Your neutral safety switch is failing or getting packed with snow and not letting it function as it should. Also your carb probably needs a cleaning
