New to playing with Atv motors but pretty mechanically inclined. Motor turns over but won’t start. Pulled fuel line and cranked and have fuel, pulled spark plug and after weak spark, changed coil. Pulled off cover on stator and all looks well. Magnets are in place and case is clean so now I’m lost on what to check next. Not sure if CDI would effect this or not but any help is greatly appreciated.

Got it running. Turned flywheel a few times while I had cover off. Felt a bit tight at first but then got better. Got it back to TDC and reassembled. Put new plug and battery in and cleaned up some wiring and it started on second crank. Not sure if timing was out possibly but good thing is it’s running.
