K & N Airfilter

If you guys get that K&N, let me know if you can tell any difference in power. Not trying to sound annoying, but I'd like to let someone else guinea pig it before I drop 30 bucks on one. I've read that it helped out noticeably on other bikes. As far as pipes and stuff go, I doubt I ever get that deep into the performance scene. Gordon Banks said that after putting a pipe(forget the brand) on his old Suzuki 500 4x4, it mainly just lost a couple mph off the top end and really didn't do much other than cost him money.

Andy,
He didn't get a pipe, he got a jet kit. The jet kit gives you a VERY LITTLE (unnoteisable) increase in mid-range power but it it losers top end power a good bit.

Ooh, I guess I forgot. Well i knew he got something and it wasn't worth a crap. I know he has a big bore kit on the 300 honda, so I figured it was something more advanced than a jet kit. Maybe I need to get more sleep or something.
