To all of you who have bought a 500i. You guys have excellent taste! This is an excellent looking machine. Would like some close ups of the rear suspension and side views of the machine. Recently I purchased a 02 Grizzly 660. this thing loves to rev!!! I like the brawny looks of the Yamaha's and Arctic Cat's. ATV's are like pizza and beer, even when it's bad, it's good. HA!

Awsome quad! I had the same idea with the tires, however I would like to find a set of rims so that I could switch over simply. I've got 4, 26" Vampires sitting under my patio as I type. Nice Quad!

You guys have nice atv's. I love the new look of the Cats. How do you find the rear suspension? It seems very stiff to push down. I haven't had a chance to try any "i" models yet.

Nice Pic.

Yea the suspension is stiff compared to a Kodiak, for example, but I think it is a good thing for IRS. In the case of the AC, there is no swaybar limiting the articulation, so the stiffness is needed to prevent roll. Despite the stiffness it still works perfect and soaks up anything and everything you run into.

The best part about it is that it doesn't squat at all under a load. I've seen polarises with gear on the back and just like that all their ground clearance was gone.. not to mention travel for soaking up bumps. I when i saw all these polarises, they were on a gravel road.. not a rutted trail.. I'd hate to have seen them if they were.
