must think I'm very dumb, they told me that Arctic Cat is coming out with a 1000cc quad !! HAHAHAHAHA Thats such a load of BS. At the very most they will have a 650 twin, using the Kawasaki motor from the merger. They don't make motors, they get them all from Suzuki. In the past they have only used the motors from Suzuki's ATV line up and not from street bikes and such. Oh and I don't think they have ever beat Suzuki to the punch when it came to motor size. So Suzuki will make the 650 first and then 1 year later Arctic Cat will get it. So I don't see Arctic Cat getting a big bore quad next year, maybe the year after. Its funny how Suzuki dictacts how Arctic Cat will produce quads. If Suzuki's 650 has IRS I will be switching back over. I can't wait another year for a big bore machine. Actually if any machine with IRS and a manual transmission comes out next year I'll probably end up buying it, unless its a Polaris.

My local dealer's son says that there may be a 650 twin in the offing. They won't know until the dealer show this month.

To me a 650 twin is not a big bore. It is two moderate bores making the 650CC's, thus it's not a big bore.

If Cat makes a two-up machine I will seriously look into it providing it's not too big, or gutless. Give it the 650 v-twin motor, a locker, and typical Cat styling and I'll give Cat a check.

A 750 EFI would be awesome, I would most likely have the first one in my province.

A 2-up would be a huge success. I'd be first in line to get one.....errrr two.
Then the wife and I could take both kids out.

I have a feeling that it could be 2-up seater. It would be a big big quad, really heavy and it just might have a 750 EFI in it. The EFI would work good because this machine would not be used in mud. I think it would be like a small car with the roof chopped off.

Why would Cat come out with a 650? Just because Suzuki supplies engines doesn't mean Cat doesn't have there "own". There are many Cat designed engines, after all how many Suzuki snowmobiles have you seen?
