The new (Sept.) issue off ATV Mag. had some nice things to say about the 2003 Cats.
Seems like they like the new 500 powerplant!It says that it will be a much stronger competitor in the 500cc 4x4 battle.They did a drag race between the 02 500 auto and the 03 500 auto. Quote:"During our short First Ride test, we ran a 2002 Arctic Cat 500 up against the new 2003 model. This was a short one, at least for the 2002 unit. Within about a 100 yards, the new 500 opened a lead of 40 feet or more. They also really like AC's FIS suspension setup and say "it's what weve been hoping all the manufacturers would do for their utility machines"
Some of the other Good things they had written about are: The new hand grips. The MRP concept. the anti-vibration Handlebars and the comfortable ride in rough conditions!
They also test rode the TRV (two rider vehicle) I will put up another post with their good reveiw of that unit.
