Oil leaking from right side of front differential on '98 AC 454. I hope it is only a seal. Any one ever change this seal? Is it a simple job?

 

Have you pulled the half shaft to check the seal? A piece of grass wound in there may deflect the seal enough to leak but if caught/removed quickly it'll clear up. As far as replacement of a seal goes there's a wide range of techniques, from the **** one listed in a service manual to prying the old one out with a screwdriver and hammering a new one in.
