Looking at a left over 02 500 manual for cheap$. Just wondering what you guys think about the limited slip front end? The dealer(friend of mine) says tha his will lock up more than not, and more so if you tap the front break. Any imput would be great.

Dirty howie has a solid locker for the front but I am afraid of blowing cv's...

It's a good limited slip. About like the newer honda diff's. I ride deep watery mud only-as little trails as possible and I wouldn't run a locker in this bike. It has so much ground clearance that it will work it's way through just about anything. If you have to have a locker, buy a polaris.
