I understand your point!
At the time I was Pissed, I hate getting beat in anything! aspecially by my own fater in law who is a know it all to begin with
But what your not understanding Is i was sold on this inter lock thing that arctic cat was pushing, i did want a locker, but i figured with the Cats being such a great bike all it would need is enough pull up front "a somewhat slipage but at most part all fours pulling" it would make up the difference
Thats why

CK agreed, dont get me wrong, my machine has been up in the air spinning free wheels as well. But if someone has to pull me out of a hole, so be it. Its all in fun. If we were mudding for money or fame, then i could see it. And uhh theres some LOT of deep nasty mud here, ask any one from this province. You should be racing quads by the sounds of it. heh heh. Yup there is nothing worse than another brand bike handing you a tow strap all the while hes laughing and the other guy has a camera!

AMEN TO THAT!
Its blood boiling let me tell ya! And he know how to push my buttons!
500 i
No spacers, but i need them. Any one you reccomend? Yes my front sets out about 1 1/2 inch more than hte rear. This too hurts me more than helps
Im runn 27 12 12s all the way around
Maxxis claims the zillas are light, like 29.5 in the 26s and 31 n the 27s, thats lightier than the claws and laws and vamps. I dont believe it

Ck-I'm running spacers front and rear. They came from High Lifter. They really are pretty sweet units. I'm impressed. If you really want to spank em in the deep stuff, "wider is better". The wider you can sit, the less you will fall down in the deep stuff. What kind of air press. are you running in the zillas?

i just got me some new itp black c-series rims today and man they look sweet. i am running 28x12.5x12s with 1.5" wheel spacers on all fours. with the new rims it is now 57" wide. i to think the wider you can get the better. i am running 20psi in the tires as well. i finished the brake mod and its going to work fine. i think this is the best thing you can do if you want a locker, because its the best of both worlds because you get to keep the easy steer of a limited slip and you only will have to use the brakes a few times when the tire is freewheeling.

It does track itself only because I'm running skinny in front and wide in the rear. I'm running spacers all around. I would recommend that you do the same. Don't worry about the track. It doesn't matter. The wider you can get your tires the better you can spank em in the deep. Regardless if it's front or rear.
Try running one side front and rear up to about 30 to 40 lbs of air. Do one side and then compare to the other side. You will be amazed. Tires will really stretch with some air pressure. The name of the game is ground clearance, right, you can move up a couple inch. by air pressure. I always run 35lbs. all around when riding in nothing but deep mud.
If you are riding nothing but deep mud, you need a totally diff setup, besides the locker.
