I will be getting 2 for the back the next time I break one. But I will have to give the dealer the broke one in order to get the replacement. I want to keep it for a spare.

If its not warranty why would the dealer need to keep it? If I bought a new one from the dealer i they would not be getting my old part. I would see the cost diff between the gorilla 350 and id bet the OEM is over 250. But I cant confirm due to the parts not being on the fiche (uhh whats up with that?)

The dealer said they needed to send back the broke one to get credit from AC.

The stock ones are $195.00 plus tax. I know, my sorry dealer wouldn't warranty either of mine.

If that was the case the dealer would not be getting my part.

I'm going ridin this weekend at Fun Wheeler or Rabbit Creek and I'll find out it the axles will hold with no lift.

ODB--both of mine were rear upper's that broke. Left and right.

My dealer seems to think that since almost all of the trouble is with the 03's that it is because of the hp boost. Maybe the drivetrains were engineered for a certain amount of power (pre 03') and then for 03' they added more?

You know, 10" of travel front and rear is more than anyone else. I wonder if they gave the suspension too much travel?
