everyone who owns a cat, has got to lock your front end!!
Man this rig is doing some wicked things. I wouldnt have it anyother way.

Send it to Howie, weld it,wedge it, whatever you have to do, get it locked. You really wouldnt appreciate the bike until you have all fours pulling!!!!

ALSO what is up with the gorrilla axel web page. It will not pull up

CK & ODB:

You guys both have your front ends 'locked'. You both also have manuals. Would there be any difference if you were operatingan automatic? Will the auto be a hinderance in any way? What do you think? I'm considering the new 2up and it only comes in auto. Also do you think the longer wheel base would help in some holes? Going over logs and large rocks, would the longer wheelbase cause some problems?

thanx for you input.

LOL cat500i

How does it feel to have the same exact bike ive got and knowing you cnat HANG!!!! Weew

just kiddin

shmoky, yes in some ways I feel the longer wheel base would be better. No i dont think it will cause problems, but you have to remember this is for convienance not for mudding in my opinion. but at the same time i think having the extra wheel base would get you in and out or over holes and rock and logs better that most becasue of the ability for it to always have rubber on the ground.

the autos are just gear higher thats it. Your able to have the gear you want right then by just punching the throtle, in a way you have a little bit more advantage

CatKrazy, thanx for the quick reply. and the convincing answers. I'm just waiting for my house to sell and I have some free cash to spend. My dealer says the 'winch' promo is not offered with the 2up. but I will need the winch anyways. He might try with AC and see if they will include it or the warranty if it will make or break the deal. I also want to put large tires on. Possibly the Bi/Tri Claws again.

thanx again.
