Found a cracked pot metal diff fill plug. Not my fault really. how many times to change fluid?

 

i broke mine too, it didnt take allot of pressure to do it either. one of the guys on here bought a new plug and took it down to the local machine shop and had a solid one made of real metal. if mine breaks again i will be doing that. the new ons are like $6 each.

 

Shouldn't have to change the fluid as often as we did on "other" quads due to the bellows breathers. I used to change fluid in diffs after every weekend of mud riding. I got 4 or 5 weekends on the 400i at the end of last summer, and the fluid is still clean. I will keep an eye on the plugs though when I do get around to changing fluid.
