There will be no magical extention to get the man who will fix all. If it were me i would politly demand to speak to someone in MN that will help you. I would mention the fact you have been bumped around all over North America. I would mention you purchased an American Made machine (IE: not honda, yam, suz, etc) and would expect better service. I would mention axels are breaking on machines with no mods and surely its not a secret? Tell them the number you get routed to cannot answer your questions. Thats about all i can tell you.

 

Bought 2 2002 400 4x4 last yr 400i and a straight axle. Never had any problems with either of them. But i just bought a set of 28" gators. I've used the snot out of the 400i and only complaint is the lack of power compared to the other one. We'll see what i can break with new tires.

 

The Arctic Cat's really have no problem with their axles, its just the big tires have problems with them.
